We love cheese fondue (fondue = melted) – and that remains no secret but is a fact. Fondue tastes great and surely lifts the grey November spirits. No dish is better suited to unite us Swiss as the cheese fondu – hence it’s perfect for sociable evening in our own halls. Last week we came together as a team and let the grey and busy November end in a placid atmosphere - long live the cheese fondue!
