The all-in-one solution for the finishing of your round tools

After an extensive development phase, we presented our BS Robo to an international audience for the first time at the AMB in Stuttgart.
As the latest addition to our portfolio, the machine was developed to provide a better solution for machining complex geometries and not just planar surfaces.

The BS Robo is equipped with a 6-axis robot, a thru-feed belt for easy loading and unloading,  a camera recognition system, and a rinsing station. Its three brush stations are entirely customizable to fit the required application. Thus, it offers a high degree of autonomy during machining, and facilitates easy integration into an automated process chain. Complex geometries can now be machined with process consistency and reliability.
The rinsing station prevents a carry-over of unwanted particles, and a reproducible and clean result is guaranteed.

We are now focusing not only on the targeted machining of the cutting edges of drill tips, but also on their lateral surface and, thus, on the flutes, which can now be polished in a targeted manner.
