This year the traditional company evening took place at the Chefs Table in Biel. The top chef team spoiled us with the menu unplugged. Under the motto "Swiss Culinaire", Norman Hunziker, the internationally renowned former team boss of the Swiss Junior National Culinary Team, settled down with his team in the newly opened Pop-Up Culinary ARTISTs at the end of August 2019. The culinary journey through the five courses was simply music for the palate and so we will keep this evening in most enjoyable memory.
