We now have a new high performance diamond brush in our range. With the Duro Flex brush, you can give a new polish to tried and tested applications - you can process typical applications as usual on our older BP series brush polishing machines such as BP M2 to BP M5 and also the BP MX.

The new brush is perfectly suited to replace existing processes with natural bristles and pastes by diamond impregnated brushes. The advantage: laborious cleaning of the machines after the machining process was yesterday - today the cleaning effort of the parts and the machine is reduced to a minimum. At the same time, dry machining of the parts greatly increases process reliability and reproducibility.

The reason behind is the high temperature resistance of up to 270°C and the constant material rigidity over the entire temperature range. They allow a constant and predictable behavior in the edge-honing and polishing process.

We recommend them equally for edge-honing on tools made of carbide, CBN and PCD materials as well as for honing punches and dies.
